Candied Pecans
1 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Stir sugar, oil and vinegar over medium heat until it turns into bubbly syrup. Add nuts and stir until toasted and evenly coated (5-6 minutes). Cool on plastic sheet.
